How good is your tech? Are you leveraged to compete with online retailers? What’s your crowning achievement for 2012? We recapped the conversation at this year’s dealer breakfast at the International Builders’ show. Although the talk was growth-oriented, dealers homed in on areas of their business that they say could be either assets or infringements as they scale their operations to meet burgeoning demand:
