ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, and other select exterior building products, acquired the assets of Gutter Source in Oklahoma City, Okla. The acquisition includes Gutter Source’s gutter supply business and manufacturing facility, which will become a part of American Construction Metals’ (ACM) operations.
“We’re happy to welcome the Gutter Source team to our ABC Supply family,” Jonathan Shepard, vice president of ABC Supply’s southwest region, said in a news release. “With the additional location in Oklahoma City, we solidify ABC Supply’s position as the leading supplier of rainware products in Oklahoma and strengthen our partnerships with area contractors.”
Gutter Source was founded in 1992 by Darla Morley and expanded its manufacturing capabilities in 2011. ACM is a strategic business unit of ABC Supply specializing in manufacturing metal building products, including rainware products, soffit, fascia, and roofing and siding accessories.
“We are excited to collaborate with ABC Supply in welcoming the associates and acquiring the manufacturing assets of Gutter Source,” Steve Reuter, executive director of ACM, said in a prepared statement. “The associates’ passion for gutter and rainware will greatly enhance our ability to support ABC Supply’s continued growth in this key product segment.”
Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply operates over 800 locations across the United States. Earlier in 2021, ABC Supply expanded with greenfield openings in Salt Lake City, Utah,and Port St. Lucie, Fla., and the purchase of Kentucky-based Exterior Supply.
