ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, and other select exterior building products, acquired the assets of Siding Sales in Kentucky. The acquisition includes Siding Sales’ three locations in Bowling Green, Ky., Glasgow, Ky., and London, Ky.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have the talented individuals from Siding Sales join our team,” Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s northeast region, said in a news release. “We’re confident that current associates and customers will quickly feel at home with ABC Supply. Contractors will also enjoy access to a wider selection of product options and delivery capabilities.”
The acquisition expands ABC Supply’s services in both existing and new markets and strengthens relationships with contractors across central and southern Kentucky, according to the distributor. After the acquisition, ABC Supply now operates 11 locations in Kentucky.
Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply operates over 800 locations across the United States. Earlier in 2021, ABC Supply expanded with greenfield openings in Salt Lake City, Utah,Port St. Lucie, Fla., Lihue, Hawaii, Centreville, Md., St. George, Utah, Redmond, Ore., Lufkin, Texas, and Baytown, Texas, and the purchases of Kentucky-based Exterior Supply and Oklahoma-based Gutter Source.
