ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, and other select exterior buildings products, acquired the assets of Exterior Supply. The acquisition includes Exterior Supply’s two locations in Elizabethtown, Ky., and Somerset, Ky.
Associates at both Exterior Supply locations will join the ABC Supply team in order to provide a seamless transition for existing customers. With the acquisition, ABC Supply now has eight locations across the state of Kentucky.
“The Exterior Supply team is an experienced group of associates that share in our focus and commitment to make it easy for contractors to do their jobs,” Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s northeast region, said in a news release. “We look forward to welcoming contractors who have been getting their siding and windows from Exterior Supply and expanding what these two locations can offer to help their businesses grow.”
Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply operates over 800 locations across the United States. Earlier in 2021, ABC Supply expanded with greenfield openings in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Port St. Lucie, Fla.
