Beacon Roofing Supply, America’s third-biggest pro-oriented dealer, announced today its acquisition of ProCoat Systems, a vendor of exterior products for home and business with branches in Denver and Fort Collins, Colo.
Brothers Jim, Marty, and Randy Diner founded the company in 1984 and will continue to co-manage the business, which specializes in stucco, stone, waterproofing, and concrete restoration. The stores will retain the ProCoat Systems name, which means Beacon now will operate stoes on Colorado’s Front Range under two names: ProCoat and Roof Depot.
