Central Network Retail Group Acquires Michigan Dealer

Deal completed today includes five locations

Central Network Retail Group (CNRG) announced today it has acquired LumberJack Building Centers. The deal includes five home center stores serving DIY and pro customers in Algonac, New Baltimore, Marine City, Marysville, and St. Clair, Mich.

“We are excited about the addition of LumberJack as a new brand and geography for CNRG,” said Jimmy R. Smith, chairman of CNRG.

“LumberJack is a great brand in Michigan that we look forward to growing,” added Boyden Moore, president of CNRG.

CNRG is No. 84 on the 2015 ProSales 100 list, and was recognized for its success, which involves emphasizing a decentralized management structure.
