L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, acquired the assets of building materials distributor Drywall Supply. Drywall Supply (DSI) has three locations in Loveland, Co., Lafayette, Co., and Golden, Co.
DSE, founded in 1996, is focused on the residential and commercial markets, providing drywall, acoustical ceilings, insulation, steel studs, and related products.
“We are excited to welcome the DSI associates to the L&W Supply family,” Charles Collins, central region vice president of L&W Supply, said in a news release. “With this acquisition, we can grow our footprint in Colorado and further expand our services to contractors in the greater Denver area.”
Chicago-based L&W Supply, a specialty distributor of gypsum wallboards, suspended ceiling tiles, and other building materials, operates 174 branch locations in 35 states.
