Building materials and specialty products distributor L&W Supply acquired DWS Building Supply. DWS Building Supply operates two locations in El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, N.M. With the acquisition, L&W Supply will increase its team associates and strengthen its presence in Texas and New Mexico, bringing its total number of locations to 18 and two in the states, respectively.
“This acquisition allows L&W Supply to enhance our services to residential and commercial contractors in the El Paso area and introduce L&W Supply to new customers in Las Cruces,” Curt Jenkins, vice president of L&W Supply’s central region, said in a news release. “We are excited to welcome the DWS Building Supply associates to the L&W Supply family. Their experience and established relationships will be an asset.”
DWS Building Supply is a distributor of drywall, ceilings, paint, insulation, plaster, stucco, and more for commercial and residential contractors. According to L&W Supply, the DWS Building Supply associates will continue to work at both locations to ensure customers receive “the quality products and exceptional service that they are used to.”
Chicago-based L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, operates approximately 200 locations in 38 states.
