The Building Center, Inc., (TBC) has acquired Pegram-West, Inc., Greensboro, N.C., effective March 1, according to a press release from The Building Center.
TBC has four locations in North Carolina: Gastonia, Pineville, Burlington, and Mebane. It has two additional locations in Columbia and Rock Hill, S.C. The company says that the Pegram-West acquisition will give it greater access to the Greensboro-Winston-Salem, N.C. market.
“We are very excited about our partnering with the dedicated employees of Pegram-West and believe this acquisition will add a great deal of value to our entire organization” Skip Norris, president of TBC, said in the press release.
