Aluminum and building products distributor Town & Country Industries, a division of wholesale distributor ABC Supply, acquired the assets of Rockledge, Fla.-based T&C Sales.

T&C Sales was founded in 1983 and the company distributes aluminum products and other materials related to the construction and remodeling of pool and patio enclosures. T&C Sales associates will continue to work at the Rockledge location to provide a “seamless transition” for customers, according to a news release.

“T&C Sales associates share the same values and commitment to serving contractors in the Rockledge market, so we couldn’t be more excited to have them join our team,” Brad Money, vice president of divisional operations for ABC Supply, said in a news release. “We look forward to growing together and ensuring our customers have the products and services they need to successfully complete their projects and grow their businesses.”

Town & Country Industries joined the ABC Supply family in 2005 and together distribute roofing, windows, gutters, siding, hurricane protection, and aluminum building products. Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply operates nearly 900 locations across the U.S. and Canada. The company recently acquired 24 locations with its purchase of the United States distribution business of Kaycon and expanded into Canada with the acquisition of the Monarch Group of Companies.
