ABC Supply has acquired the assets of West Virginia-based CSC Home & Hardware, a distributor of drywall, roofing, and hardware products. ABC Supply will continue to serve the customers of CSC Home & Hardware in its Morgantown, W.V., location, according to a release from the company.
According to the news release, the acquisition will add a new market for ABC Supply and allow the Wisconsin-based company to build new relationships.
“CSC Home & Hardware associates share our same values and commitment to contractors, so we couldn’t be more pleased to have them join our family,” said Tom Kuchan, vice president of ABC Supply’s Northeast Region. “Contractors will continue to have the personalized assistance they need at every step of their projects.”
The deal for ABC Supply is its second in the month of October, after the building products distributor acquired 3-unit DRI supply on October 3. The two deals in October come after ABC Supply secured deals in each of the previous three months. ABC Supply previously acquired one-unit New Jersey dealer, Landis Supply, in August. ABC also added its 12th store in Pennsylvania with its July acquisition of Alliance Wholesale Supply, an 18-year-old roofing dealer with a single location in Johnstown, Pa. In June, ABC Supply acquired G & F Roof Supply, a roofing products dealer with stores in Anaheim, Whittier, and Gardena, Calif.
ABC Supply is the biggest company on the ProSales 100, having posted sales of $9.33 billion in 2017, 99% of it to pros. and has more than 700 locations nationwide.
