To help contractors looking for ways to safely work and socially distance, distributor ABC Supply announced its customers can place orders day or night through myABCsupply. The added functionality gives customers the ability to view price information, adjust quantities, reorder, and select the locations they’d like to order from. The ordering functionality is not yet available in California, according to ABC Supply.

MyABCsupply was launched to customers in November 2019 and was designed to give contractors 24/7 access to view the status of their orders and deliveries. The platform is available either online or through ABC Supply’s app. ABC Supply customers can also view product descriptions and quantities, filter orders by type and date range, and view a map of the day’s delivery locations. At the time of the platform’s launch, ABC Supply said myABCsupply was the “next step” in the company’s continued focus on information technology services and tools to connect the company with its customers.

“We’re dedicated to finding ways to make our customers’ jobs easier through these difficult times, and the release of our online ordering platform is well-timed for this,” COO Mike Jost said in a prepared statement. “But we also know that this will always be a personal business, and we are always happy to hear from our customers on the phone or by email at all of our locations across the country. We are open to serve them, because we know we’re all in this together.”

Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply is the largest company on the 2019 ProSales 100, generating $10.5 billion in sales in 2018. The company has more than 790 locations across the United States.
