Beacon Roofing Supply today announced the acquisition of Wholesale Roofing Supply, a residential roofing distributor based in Dallas.

The newly-acquired company is expected to reach approximately $34 million total sales in 2014, which would have placed it on the 2014 ProSales 100 list. For reference, Beacon Roofing Supply ranked third on that list.
