Boise Cascade opened a new Therma-Tru door shop in the North Texas market. The 150,000-square-foot facility will serve around 750 dealers in Texas from Boise Cascade’s Dallas, Texas, location, according to a news release. The distributor expects the location to start producing doors in the second quarter of 2020.
The new location will assemble Therma-Tru exterior doors and offer PrismaGuard premium stain and paint finishing options along with Therma-Tru Composite Frames featuring Tru-Guard Composite Technology. The store will also offer high quality wood entry and interior prehung door units.
“This door shop expansion aligns with our strategy for growth with key supplier partners and to serve customers with a wide variety of quality products,” Nick Stokes, executive vice president of Boise Cascade, said in a news release. “Therma-Tru is a well-respected brand known for style variety, security, and durability.”
The Texas door shop represents Boise, Idaho-based Boise Cascade’s eighth door shop in the United States. The wholesale distributor also produces engineered wood products and plywood.
