Oklahoma City-based Cedar Creek acquired distributor Roberts & Dybdahl and its locations in Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Neb.’ Milan, Ill.; St. Louis; Tipton, Ind.; Sun Prairie, Wis.; and Kansas City, Kan.
Cedar Creek CEO Bill Adams says the acquisition is a “major addition for the company.” Chief operating officer D. Wayne Trousdale adds, “This enables us to enter a number of key Midwest markets simultaneously as part of Cedar Creek’s overall expansion strategy.” Cedar Creek now comprises 22 locations covering 30 states.
