L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, promoted Chad Cutlip to the position of regional vice president for the west. In the role, Cutlip will be responsible for leading L&W Supply’s western region to develop associate talent, expand the branch footprint, and deliver world-class customer service, according to the company.

“For this role, we needed a candidate who could inspire the people around him to deliver outstanding results,” Dan Piché, president for L&W Supply, said in a news release. “Chad brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and true passion for L&W Supply.”

Cutlip has worked in the industry for 17 years and held various positions, including outside sales representative, branch manager, and category manager for ceilings at L&W Supply. In his most recent position, as district manager for Southern California, Cutlip helped lead one of the largest and most successful districts at L&W Supply, according to the company.

Chicago-based L&W Supply is a specialty distributor of wallboard, steel studs, ceiling systems, and other interior products. The distributor operates 175 branch locations in 35 states across the United States.
