L&W Supply Names Nick Popma to the Role of West Region Business Manager

Popma has served in various roles in his 11 years with the building materials and specialty products distributor.

Building materials and specialty products distributor L&W Supply promoted Nick Popma to the role of business manager (interiors) for L&W Supply’s west region.

“Nick is a rising star at L&W Supply that inspires others and has clear leadership qualities,” Chad Cutlip, regional vice president for L&W Supply’s west region, said in a news release. “As business manager, Nick will lean on his vast industry and branch experience to help ensure that we are able to provide world-class products and support across the region.”

Popma has worked for L&W Supply for 11 years, serving as a helper, outside sales representative, and branch manager. In 2016, Popma was promoted to the role of branch manager of Columbus, Ohio, where he led the local team for three years before being named branch manager of Nashville, Tenn.

In the role of business manager, Popma will be responsible for facilitating relationships with manufacturers, sourcing L&W Supply’s key product categories, and ensuring the company’s branches in the west are equipped with the support needed to satisfy customer requests. L&W Supply’s west region consists of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
