Building materials and specialty products distributor L&W Supply opened a new branch location in Bedford Heights, Ohio. The location will offer a range of interior building materials, such as drywall, acoustical ceilings, and metal framing products, along with commonly used tools and supplies.
“The Bedford Heights greenfield branch opens up exciting new possibilities for us to provide outstanding service for the entire Cleveland area,” John McLaughlin, northeast region vice president, said in a news release. “It helps reaffirm our commitment to customers by making it even easier to access our services and support.”
With the addition of the Bedford Heights location, L&W Supply now operates six total branches in Ohio, servicing Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, and Toledo. Patrick Callaghan, previously a sales rep and a graduate of the L&W Supply branch management training course, will serve as the Bedford Heights branch manager.
Chicago-based L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, operates approximately 200 locations in 38 states. The company recently made an agreement to purchase Eastern U.S. Gypsum Distribution Operations from Builders FirstSource and completed the acquisitions of DAICO Supply and G. Proulx Building Materials. The specialty distributor also recently opened branches in Beltsville, Md., and New Castle, Del.
