L&W Supply, a distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies, opened a new branch location in Williamsport, Md. Will Dimsey will serve as the branch manager. The new branch will serve as L&W Supply’s seventh overall location in Maryland.
“The opening of the new branch will enhance our service position in western Maryland, southern Pennsylvania, and the eastern panhandle of West Virginia,” Jim Nix, Chesapeake district manager for L&W Supply, said in a prepared statement. “Will has great team spirit, and I have no doubt that he will lead his team and customers to success.”
As branch manager, Dimsey will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth and profitability targets.
Dimsey joined the company in 2018 and has held many roles during his time with L&W Supply, including inside sales representative, outside sales representative, and delivery services manager. In 2020, Dimsey graduated from the company’s branch management training program.
Chicago-based L&W Supply distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling systems, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, fasteners and related building products. The company operates more than 250 locations in 41 states. L&W Supply is a subsidiary of ABC Supply.
