Eastern Engineered Wood Products Promotes Wade Buick, Appoints Three to OSR Team

Buick, Josh Cavallo, Laura Alley, and Ken Brune has new roles for the distributor.

Eastern Engineered Wood Products, a wholesale distributor of structural wood products used in residential and light commercial construction, announced promotions and additions to its internal team.

The company promoted Wade Buick to the role of vice president, operations and strategic initiatives. In the role, Buick will have operational leadership for all distribution centers as well as customer service, technical service, and purchasing departments. The expanded responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and implementing long-term strategic growth initiatives, according to Eastern Engineered Wood Products.

The company also announced the addition of three members to its outside sales representative (OSR) team. Josh Cavallo, currently an operations manager for the Keysville, Va., distribution center, will take over sales responsibilities for the western Virginia and western North Carolina territory. Laura Alley will join the company as OSR for the eastern Carolinas sales territory. Additionally, Ken Brune was hired as OSR for north Georgia, upstate South Carolina, and eastern Tennessee. All three new OSRs will report to Tommy DeLoach, sales manager for Eastern Engineered Wood Products.

“Each of these people, in their new roles, will play an important part in the company’s growth and expansion,” Todd Lindsey, president of Eastern Engineered Wood Products, said in a news release. “We look forward to seeing them flourish in their new roles with the support of our entire organization.”

Eastern Engineered Wood Products distributes structural floor and roof systems from its three distribution centers in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and South Carolina to the professional contractor trade through a network of retail lumber yards and truss manufacturers.
