Epicor, an industry-specific enterprise software provider, has acquired Grow Inc., a no-code, full-stack business intelligence (BI) platform. According to Epicor, the Grow platform empowers any user to make data-driven decisions with easy-to-build, easy-to-use dashboards and interactive visualizations. Terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed.

“The Grow acquisition gives Epicor users a simple, easy-to-use platform to build the right models to tap into that intelligence, helping them make great decisions in real-time to accelerate growth,” Steve Murphy, CEO at Epicor, said in a news release. “In today’s world, businesses need a streamlined way to cut through the clutter, connect data sources, and glean intelligence from across their enterprise, no matter where the information resides.

With more than 150 pre-built data connectors, the BI platform imports data seamlessly via APIs that continually update and refresh data, so metrics are currently reliable when users need to make critical business decisions, according to Epicor.

“We are thrilled to be joining Epicor, extending our mission to make it simple for companies to connect their data, explore it, and surface actionable insights,” said Grow CEO Rob Nelson.

Epicor said the acquisition complements and strengthens the company’s portfolio of analytics capabilities.
