Composite building products manufacturer Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Springdale, Ark., posted a $1.2 million net gain in the second quarter, up from a $308,000 loss a year ago, on sales of $23 million, a 33% jump for the same period, the company announced Thursday.
