American Woodmark Rebounds In 2Q With $2M Net Gain

American Woodmark recovered from a year-earlier loss of $3 million to reach $2 million, net of $51,000 in restructuring charges, for the second-quarter ending Oct. 31. Sales climbed 24% to $159.8 million during the same period, and the company ended the quarter with $2.4 million in cash compared to $1.1 million a year earlier. Read the full results.
