Installed Building Products (IBP), an installation and builder services provider, acquired Nationwide Gutter. Dallas, Texas-based Nationwide Gutter provides gutter installation and repair services, primarily to multifamily and commercial customers.

“I am excited that IBP is now in a position to restart closing transactions from our strong pipeline as economies and our markets rebound across the country,” Jeff Edwards, chairman and CEO of IBP, said in a news release.

Nationwide Gutter generates approximately $5.2 million in annual revenue, according to Edwards, and the acquisition expands IBP’s presence to multifamily and commercial customers throughout Texas.

Columbus, Ohio-based IBP operates more than 180 branch locations and provides insulation installation for residential and commercial builders. The company also offers waterproofing, fire-stopping, fireproofing, garage doors, rain gutters, window blinds, shower doors, closet shelving, and mirror installation services for builders.
