L&W Supply announced Jose Burgos accepted the role of branch manager for the company’s Glendale, Ariz., branch. In the role of branch manager, Burgos will be responsible for key functions of the branch, including maintaining customer relationships, managing deliveries, ensuring safety priorities are followed across all branch operations.
Burgos began his career with L&W Supply in 2017 as a delivery service manager, bringing with over two decades of wallboard distribution experience. The new branch manager graduated from L&W Supply’s branch manager training program and was the winner of the 2020 DSM of the Year award for the Mountain West district. Burgos has worked as a job site lead for Phoenix, Ariz., since 2020.
“Jose is an integral member of the L&W Supply family in Arizona,” Chad Cutlip, west region vice president, said in a news release. “His extensive knowledge of the Phoenix market coupled with his ability to bring value to our customers helps prove his ability to be a strong leader. We’re very excited to see what he brings to the Glendale team.”
Chicago-based L&W Supply, a specialty distributor of gypsum wallboards, suspended ceiling tiles, and other building materials, operates around 200 branch locations in 38 states. The company is a subsidiary of ABC Supply.
