Johns Manville’s Raba Steps Down, Rhinehart Named President and CEO

Todd Raba will step down immediately as head of Denver-based Johns Manville after serving in the post for five years, the Berskhire Hathaway portfolio company announced Tuesday. Current senior vice president and chief financial officer Mary Rhinehart was named president and CEO.

Rhinehart has been with the global building-products maker since 1979, during which time she has taken on a range of responsibilities including treasury, global business development, community relations, and global supply chain and organizational planning. In her new role she will oversee the 7,000-person firm with 45 manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, in China, and annual sales of approximately $2.5 billion.
