- Beacon announced it has acquired Complete Supply, an independent distributor of residential roofing and exterior building supplies in Willowbrook, Ill.
- US LBM acquired Truss Fab Companies, a manufacturer of structural roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and a supplier of lumber to customers in Arizona, California, Nevada, and New Mexico.
- Heritage Pool Supply Group announced the debut of a new brand: Texas Pool Supply. The brand opened its first branch location in Frisco, Texas.
- Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) acquired Sarasota, Fla.-based Construction Supply of Southwest Florida, a distributor of various stucco, building, and waterproofing supplies. The distributor opened greenfield locations in Woburn, Mass.; Wildwood, Fla.; Cleveland, Ohio; and West Union, S.C. GMS is also adding five new AMES store locations in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.; Pensacola, Fla.; North Charleston, S.C.; Ocala, Fla.; and Durham, N.C.
