  • ABC Supply opened three new locations in Centreville, Md., St. George, Utah, and Redmond, Oregon.

  • R.P. Lumber announced the rebranding of all 22 Stock + Field locations it acquired through the bankruptcy process in the spring to their new name: R.P. Home & Harvest.
  • Hancock Lumber plans to acquire Winnipesaukee Lumber, an independent, family-owned building materials supplier in Wolfeboro, N.H.
  • Fencing Supply Group acquired Nashville, Tenn.-based Capitol Wholesale Fence Company.
  • Carr Hardware is purchasing Massachusetts-based Lee Hardware.
  • 84 Lumber reopened its Greenwood, Ind. The location was rebuilt after a fire damaged the original warehouse last year.
