TAL Holdings Names CFO and Director of Vendor Relations and Category Management

Richard Anderson and Renee Coffman will serve in the two roles for th Vancouver, Wash.-based company.

Family-owned building material company TAL Holdings named Richard Anderson as the company’s chief financial officer and Renee Coffman as director of vendor relations and category management.

“We are excited for the impact that these two leaders will have at TAL,” Jason Blair, CEO of TAL Holdings, said in a news release. “Richard brings extensive experience in finance and accounting as well as a hands-on approach to leadership that will support our ambitious growth goals.”

Anderson has previously worked for Intel Corporation, Killian Pacific, and Enron Corporations. He brings over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting, business valuation, tax consultation, debt financing, risk management, and leadership to the role with TAL Holdings.

Coffman first joined TAL in 2015 and in her new role will lead a team focused on driving category growth by optimizing product selection and merchandising strategies, improving store layout design, and managing vendor programs. Coffman will report directly to vice president of sales and marketing Dana Cowart.

“Renee is a passionate leader who has been a key contributor to TAL’s success and growth,” Blair said. “Her energy, knowledge of the industry, and relationships with our vendor community are a great fit for this newly created role.”

Vancouver, Wash.-based TAL Holdings operates 25 home improvement stores across the Pacific northwest. The company’s family of brands include Badger Building Center, Bayview Building Supply of Elma, Best Built Builders Supply, Browne’s Home Center, Gerretsen Building Supply, Lake Chelan Building Supply, Marson and Marson Lumber, Midway Building Supply, Mount Vernon Building Center, and Tum-A-Lum Lumber.
