KitchenAid
The Smart Oven+ is KitchenAid’s first-ever connected oven, available in single, double, or combination models. Homeowners can use the KitchenAid app to view the oven’s status, control some operations remotely, including those available on the oven’s LCD touch display, or control the appliance with voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The product line includes three interchangeable oven-powered attachments – a Powered Grill, which ships with the oven, and a Powered Steamer and Baking Stone, sold separately. TYPAR Drainable Wrap
As the latest addition to the TYPAR Weather Protection System, the TYPAR Drainable Wrap addresses the need for moisture management in exterior wall cavities. Its integrated drainage plane of multi-directional polypropylene fibers create a gap for shedding excess water. According to the manufacturer, the product diverts bulk water significantly faster than most conventional house wraps, per ASTM E2273 testing, and drains it away from the assembly, preventing potential damage caused by mold and rot. Trex Enhance Composite Decking
Decking manufacturer Trex has re-engineered and expanded their line of Enhance composite decking. The updated product features include a new scalloped profile with a lighter weight for easier handling and installation and a lower price tag. Enhance Basics will be available in three popular shades, Clam Shell, Beach Dune, and Saddle, with realistic grain patterns, while Enhance Naturals introduces five contemporary, multi-tonal hues that resemble streaked looks of natural wood. Both composite lines won’t rot, warp, crack, or splinter, says the manufacturer, and its protective shell defends against severe weather and heavy foot traffic. trex.com

The Aqua Moment Drop-In Airbath with Waterfall’s hydrotherapy incorporates 360-degree air jets, a chromatherapy cycle, and a warm, waterfall-style shoulder bath and headrest at the edge of the tub. The jets may be set to a choice of classic, high-pressure, and deep massage settings, and the EverClean Airbath 360° system works to prevent the formation of mold and mildew in the air system. Kohler
The Ombré Vibrant Faucet finish combines two PVD coating processes with masking techniques to create a gradient that transitions from light to dark across the length of the spout. The finish is currently available in two fabrications, Vibrant Rose Gold to Vibrant Polished Nickel and Vibrant Titanium to Vibrant Rose Gold.
Two Kohler faucets currently offer the Ombre Vivant finish: the Components collection’s bathroom sink spout with tube design and handleset and the Sensate touchless pull-down kitchen faucet. kohler.com
Deckorators
Deckorators Voyage Composite Decking
Deckorators’ new Voyage line of composite decking is now available to deck builders. The slip-resistant decking features the company’s “Eovations technology,” a fiber-like interior structure made from a blend of polypropylene and mineral filler. The manufacturer claims that this configuration delivers the industry’s best strength-to-weight ratio, absorbs virtually no moisture, and minimizes thermal expansion or contraction. Voyage also has a protective capstock with textured embossing for improved traction in both wet and dry conditions.
